The processor's providers
- Netsons — server hosting
What data, why, and on what legal basis
- Page views: we count that the page was opened, without collecting data that identifies the visitor. To avoid counting the same visit twice, your browser keeps a technical cookie (s_statistics_…) for one day, with no personal data. Basis: the controller's legitimate interest in knowing whether its pages are viewed.
- Detailed statistics (country and city, device type, operating system, browser and its language, referring page, the campaign parameters you arrived with, links clicked): only if you accept analytics cookies. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Consent log: when you answer the cookie banner, your choice, the date and a shortened IP address (without its last part) are recorded, so that consent can be proven. Basis: legal obligation.
- Server logs: for security and to run the service, the hosting provider records the requests received, with the full IP address. Basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.
- Forms: if you enter your details in a form on a page (for example a contact form or a newsletter sign-up), the controller uses them for the purpose stated in the form and may pass them to services it has connected, such as a newsletter service. Basis: your request or your consent, depending on the form.
- Tables: if you open the menu by scanning a table's QR code, the table, the menu sections you look at, how long and how far you scroll are recorded, linked to a random code that lasts three hours and only on the menu page (technical cookie mt_seduta), without your IP address or any phone data. The controller uses them, in aggregate form, to understand how its tables and menu are used; they are kept for 13 months. Basis: the controller's legitimate interest.
- To count, again in aggregate form, how many customers come back, the menu page opened from a table also sets a technical cookie (mt_cliente) with a random code that lasts 12 months and applies only to the menu page; it contains no personal data and is not combined with other data.
- Only if you accept marketing cookies, the make and model of your phone are also recorded (no other data about it), for aggregate statistics on the venue's customers.
- Menu dishes: which dishes of the menu are viewed, for how long, which photos are opened and which dishes the menu assistant names or suggests are counted in aggregate form, together with the time of day, the type of device (phone or computer), the page language and where the visit came from (a table's QR code, the venue's page, social media or other). Without cookies, without any phone data and without identifying the visitor; the IP address is not stored (to prevent abuse, only a fingerprint computed from the shortened address is kept, for at most one hour). The controller uses them to understand which dishes attract the most interest; the counts are kept for 13 months. Basis: the controller's legitimate interest.
Third-party services
The controller has chosen to use these services, which only run if you accept the cookie category shown:
- Third-party tools added by the controller to its pages as custom code.
The pages may also show content from other providers (fonts, maps, videos, music players, social media posts): to show it, your browser downloads it directly from those providers, which receive your IP address, even before you make a cookie choice.
Cookies
Technical cookies: they make the page work, remember your cookie choice and avoid counting the same visit twice; they do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies: only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change by reopening it.
How long
Detailed statistics are kept for 2004 days. The consent log is kept for as long as needed to prove consent.
Your rights
You can ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, by writing to vittoriobelmonte@gmail.com. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from the banner.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
